i've stupidly screen locked my phone, was advised to download and use pc companion to reboot my phone, problem is though when i get to a certain stage it just wont install the update to pc, i left it for over a hour and it never progressed. is it just that slow or is it not working... have been told my sony this is the only way to unlock it. its running the latest version of android
