Phone shuts down if 3G/4G network is enabled :(

Hi All,
I bought Xperia M5 Dual E5663 in India believing it will be good product, but the thing is this phone has a long list of issues.
1. If Network id chosen as 3G or 4G, phone shuts down, and untill it is connected to power source it never switch on. After switching ON it says memory card is corrupted and asks me to format that, though I format it, on the second attempt it comes the same error.
2. Photos and songs are getting corrupted.
3. After upgrading to Android 6 also all the issues continues.
4. I have moved to Australia and here no one agrees to repair my phone at free of charge even I have my warranty on my phone.

the same problem happened to my xperia exactly when i used both sim of 4g ...i changed one of them by one old sim maybe 2g an updated the phone then the problem has disappered and a new problem occured my( camera unfortunately stopped ). the battery now is ok but the camera stopped.
