problem updating to ICS

    i bought my xperia S in UK and brought it to India. I dint buy it under contract. Its an unlocked piece only. Now when I connect my phone to the system and try updating it to ICS its saying my phone is up to date. But the android version is gingerbread only. Since the ICS updates are available in both UK and Indian markets i am expecting an update for my phone as well. Please help...TQ !

    Why not check whether your SI number has been listed for ICS availability in the Sony forum?
