Problems with microphone.

I apparently noticed problems with the microphone, because sometimes when you get a call telling me that I do not listen well or hear me choppy, but the funny thing in my case is that when I make a test microphone Settings - Diagnosis, listen well, also even when I do a test service mode microphone is heard very clear, and I do not know whether it will issue software or microphone.
