Had my S for 4 days now and I'm starting to notice an occasional brightness change - particularly on white screens (emails etc.). It happens every few seconds - just a slight change in screen brightness. Anyone else seen this? Could it be a software setting or should I send it back?
I wouldn't send it back. This will most likely be a bug fix in a update. Just make Sony aware of the issue.
I would have expected something like this to be a power supply or screen hardware problem - rather than software. The question is - does anyone else have the same problem?
Not noticed this on the one I've been playing with. I also haven't seen many other people mentioning this issue so you've probably done the right thing.
Have definately seen his display flicker on my Xperia Model S and it is annoying! Will be sending it back unless there is a fix soon.
