i've been using my xperia s for a little while now, been loving it. but also i'm getting little scratches here and there. so i tried one of those wet applied screen protector to protect my screen. tried to put it on once, it didn't stay so i wet it again. stays on better this time. however upon turning on the phone, touch is not working. so i thought it must be the screen protector interfering. took the protector off, still no response. i think i just killed my phone.
Your XS comes with a screen protector already on, if it is screatched just remove it before install a new one. About the no response, maybe you should check your costumer service.
yes, my screen came back to life. i almost took it into service today, then all of a sudden it started working again. unfortunately after this ordeal, i realized have some yellow tint as well. but so very slight i have to look very hard to see it even when it is hot. but theres a spot in the corner thats sticking around. should i send it in for service anyways? i have had experience with devices coming back worst than when i send it in, n have to go thru so much hassle just to get it fixed. i did use the screen saver it came with, n it was already all scratched up too. thats why i need a new one. i'll check out media devil.
I will consider to take it to service, as for me I still waiting for my XS. it's been 5 weeks, damn Sony service in France. i'm getting nervous. (sended it because the yellow ting, it got worst with time)
