screen protector

    Hi there silly question but has my new xperia z got a protector on already from factory?

    Yes, and if you remove it you will loose the Sony logo and it means you loose the warranty.

    Thanks very much just got my new xperia z and the sim tray isnt in it.The user manual doesnt show very much so i had to go on you tube.I hope i havent caused any bother trying to put sim in without a tray,makes me wonder if it was a new unit.J

    i'm afraid that without the tray you will have 2 problems. 1st goin to be hard to remove it and 2nd you may a bad sim contact. just saying.
    why don't you go to the store and ask for a replacement?
