I'm from Brazil, sorry for my english, my Xperia Z but did not go out of safe mode, I tried restoring the SUS flashtools and PC Companion, but it did not work, still get the message written safely! Please somebody help me?
I know that on Xperia S to go on safe mode you do this: Normaly after rebbot you quit safe mode. It seams that is not appening with you, for me you can try to force safe mode and then reoot the phone. SAFE MODE: - even if I have no clue how to use it, any help? 1- Power off the phone 2- Turn it back on then right after, hold the menu, and release when you feel the 2nd vibration 3- If you see SAFE MODE on down left of the screen, you did it 4- To leave SAFE MODE just reboot the phone.
What exactly do you mean by 'hold the menu'? which button? And when exactly? when it starts booting (when you see 'sony') or when you just got to the lock screen? Thank you
