Sound quality of the microphone & the speaker are not sufficient

    Hi,

    In spite of the fact, that I turned all the sound options to the maximum level, still my speaking hardly could be heard by those I speak with them. As well as I can hear them hardly.
    (while using the headsets, it does not get better).

    true, even i face the same problem..
    i wonder if it is because the mic is situated even behind the holder..
    seems quite far..
