I am writing this because I want to take legal action against Sonymobile. I bought my phone back in 2015 and I had so many problems with it, I had it fixed three times and replaced once and it just had one year warranty. Now it is out of warranty and I had to get my phone repaired because it wouldnt turn on. Sonymobile wrote me a message saying my mainboard was deemed beyond economical repair. I did nothing to my phone, it just started to act up randomly. It cost me $750 for my phone and I had to pay for shipping and I need to pay for shipping it back to me. They refused to fix my phone so they are forcing me to pay to get it back. I can't even sell it because it's broken because the replacement I got from them was a defect. The date I bought it was 3/11/15 and I sent it out to get it repaired on Jan 9. I called them 8 times and emailed them about 10 times because it took them 35 days to tell me my phone is broken, 35 days without my phone. I have all the records in my email. I just want to know if I have a chance of suing them? this is the first time I am doing this. I am never buying any phone from Sony again.. Sony Xperia Z3 Thank you,
