unlok att xperia x10

    Hello guys can some one suggest ways to unlock the att xperia x10 i want to update to 2.3 , I'm using xperia 2.1 , tried to use the flash tool but has getting errors message about third party or usb debugging , can you guys suggest other ways to unlock.
