The Sony Xperia P and Xperia U Android smartphones are now up for pre-order in the UK. Play.com has both handsets listed on its site, the Xperia P will set you back £379.99, whilst the Xperia U will cost £229.99. Play.com has a late April release for both handsets. These prices broadly match those we heard earlier, we do feel that the Xperia P price is a tad too high given the competition, but you are paying for that aluminium unibody construction.
