Had my Xperia S White for a few months now. Love it great phone. Apart from a naff battery life, it also gets incredible hot. Noticed it when I was taking a 3D pic it froze, it wouldnt turn off or do anything, so left it to see if it would catch up. it didnt, screen stayed on and the heat that was projecting from it was crazy. I could have used it as a hand warmer!!!! Any way called Orange they said take it back to the shop I got it. Managed to reset it by pressing the volume up and the power button the same time. in less then 30 mins my battery was at 15% life from a full charge. It happened again this week. Turned the phone off for a meeting and placed it back in my bag. checked it at lunch and phone was generating a lot of heat...it was far to hot! reset phone again and it came back on to have quarter of battery this time. This hasnt happened with my bf's Black Xperia S but mines the white one. Is it a common fault in the white version only? Has anyone else experienced this?? Please let me know...
Well for some reasons some colours of the same phone have a fault with them thats why i wanted to know if anyone else had a white one that was over heating!!!
Technically Black Absorbs heat and White deflects heat (Jokin) .. but seriously get u r phone checked !
same thing with my phone, i got xperia s black, surfing in the net within 5minutes my fone get hot and getting much hotter if you videos on youtube.. even in listening music or capturing images or videos, it's easily get hot.. Thus, anyone can help me to solve this problem?is their any upgrade or update to be done? Appreciate for your answers or reply....
