Sony has released a new firmware update for the Xperia Tablet S tablet. The ‘release6a’ firmware is a minor update, clocking in at 17MB and fixes a VPN connection error. The Android firmware version remains at Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich and Kernel version 2.6.
