Xperia Tablet Z LTE MHL and USB-OTG issues

    I have found with several of my tablets that for some reason the micro-usb functionality for MHL and USB-OTG is disabled or not working.
    The cables are ok as I have tested it on my c6603(Xperia Z) and another Z Tablet.

    Is it a common issue? any suggestions?

    bought one myself and it works perfectly fine picks up all devices
