I just bought my xperia xa dual last month from online shop and using International Singapore warranty. I connect my device to speaker to listen music (my battery about 85%) and there is a call, I disconnect from the speaker and answer the call. When I end the call, my device stay dark, I press power button the screen still dark. I press power button + volume up for about 10 sec. 15 sec. 20 sec, doesn't work. I press power button + volume down with the same method still doesn't work. I try to charge the screen still dark and only red led, I have charged for more than 2 hour but no changed. I connect to PC with sony original USB but my device did not detected. What should I do? Please help me...
