Sony Mobile has announced the Xperia XZ, Sony’s latest flagship and the first with what Sony calls triple imaging sensing technology. This includes a lazer autofocus sensor with distance sensing technology and a new RGBC-IR sensor with color sensing technology to adjust white balance depending on your environment. Sony has employed a “loop surface” design in the Xperia XZ, which we image refers to the curved edges. This design was inspired by a monolithic form, concepts of which we have seen in the past. In terms of construction, Sony has used ALKALEIDO steel metal that enhances the premium design says Sony. In terms of specs, the Xperia XZ has a 5.2-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 820 chipset, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage (64GB for the dual SIM models), a 23MP rear camera and a 13MP front camera.
