    Hi Guys,

I am just wondering, is there any advantage of getting a single sim over the dual sim version of the xperia xz? I will be using the phone on Rogers in Canada.

    Thanks,

    XZ F8331 (single-sim)
    • 32gb internal memory
    • single sim slot
    • USA warranty
    • fingerprint sensor (flash required for use/voids warranty)
    XZ F8332 (dual-sim)
    • 64gb internal memory
    • dual sim hybrid card slots
    • fingerprint sensor active
basically comes down if you want more internal memory and an active warranty.
i went with the F8331 since both models come with microSD slot for expandable storage, also the F8331 has at least a 1yr warranty since i live in the USA.

I had a Z5 compact before I got my XZ. In the Z5 compact, i could remove the SIM and SD card separately, which means the phone would only restart if you remove/insert a sim. But with the XZ's design, both SIMs or the SIM/SD card are now on a single tray that slide into the phone.

If you know you're gonna use two SIMs at once, at least you won't have to mess around with your phone restarting every time you wanna change, if you get the Dual SIM model.
