A number of screenshots purported to be from the Xperia Z Ultra (Togari) have leaked. The screenshots are believed to be from a prototype device and lists the display as 6.21-inches with 1080p resolution and confirms the chipset as the Qualcomm MSM8974 (Snapdragon 800) with Adreno 330 graphics. The pictures show that the handset is running Android 4.2.2 firmware in the form of software build number 14.1.B.1.215. Other specs show 16GB internal storage and 2GB RAM. Via xda-developers.
