Xperia Z5 Premium, Wifi wont turn on.

I have been through what guides and fixes i can find online, also tried factory resetting the phone to no avail.
First i thought it wasnt finding the network so i tested my router but it seems the phones Wifi wont turn on at all when i try to turn it on it get " Turning On..." constantly, tried this with and without Bluetooth turned on

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
