Just wanna start by saying hello to all Im new here i just got my z1 compact last week. Been have fun taking some nice shots with it but today i was take a shot in low light. When the camera stop then a error message poped up i clicked ok but all i got was a black screen i had to reboot to fix it. I was just wounding if anyone else is having this problem the phone is running 4.4.2 kitkat
Do you download some apps which may be incompatible with the camera app. Go to safe mode to check that.
