My emails and hangouts messages are not being received while I'm outside my house on 4G. As soon as I get home and my phone connects to my WiFi, I get all my messages (email, hangouts, etc.) all at once. This happened to me on PagePlus too. I made sure Stamina was disabled and that Auto-Sync is enabled.
