Lara CroftSony Ericsson Xperia PLAY owners have reasons to be happy as another heavyweight title will see its Android exclusive on the Xperia PLAY. Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light will land on Xperia PLAY handsets in November 2011. This is the first title from Square Enix, with more “established hits” due in the next few months.

The title was originally released on Xbox Live Arcade and Playstation Network. The game sees the Tomb Raider heroine team up with a 2,000 year old Mayan warrior named Totec. It features a fixed 3D viewpoint and has won rave reviews since release. There was a strong co-op element to the game, so lets hope there will be some form of multi-player in the Android release. Another great game to add to the Xperia PLAY library.
