That is not true.

so what if it has physical buttons? Only AOSP phones running on AOSP ICS like Galaxy Nexus has the on screen buttons.. lol.. 

fat and not attractive, but i am sure the price point might compensate.  when is my S getting ICS?

dude, they prbably had extras pieces from the play that did not sell very well, you aready have them why not put them in a phone

Well guys,I did not say that it could not contain the buttons.
I only said that why would sony include these buttons when they can remove them and can reduce the size of this phone or even increase the screen size.

This cell phone has no mention on the SONY’s leaked line up for 2012. So either this cell phone was supposed to launch earlier, but due to some reason, is getting launched now. Or may be, SONY has some special plans for China as it has for Japan. What ever it is. I can not wait for the Sony Hayabusa ans Sony Mint I. c:

I mean that this cell is not going to in international. As the Sony 2012 line up was leaked in the Indian market, and there was no sign of this cell. So, this cell phone will be for the Chinese market only.
And of the cell phones in the leaked line up, the costliest were Haybusa and Mint I, which are expected to successors of Xperia Play and Arc S. And the costs let us guess that they will be really cool cell phones.

why single core ?

Because this is a entry-level lowbudget phone. Dual-core is a waste on the average android-user.

Asia is a HUGE market, bigger than America so it’s no surprise Sony or any other company especially Apple wants to enter the market. More companies should start focusing on Asia since that’s where profits are high.

basic specification same like xperia 2011 family .not using dual-core & small ram. it has search button? very funny, because when u push & hold the option button the po-up search will pop-up when the user press and hold the option key for a short while on all the other Xperia models, so the search button its useless.

Physical buttons are ergonomically superior to capacitive or on-screen buttons.

Android 4.0 will be coming out next week
