Is this the Sony Xperia SL? [Xperia S refresh]

Just like the Arc S, it’s a simple speed bump and new colors, except that they’re already made phones with better spec (Ion, Acro S), in Arc S days, it was the one and only flagship.

Purple one looks good but I am happy with my white! I guess a refresh was not needed in specs cause it will eat up more battery juice.

the ion and acro s has the same raw specs with xperia s (or sl if it’s a S3). and both of em dont sell internationally. so XS is still the flagship.

Well XB’s source says its just gonna be an OC’d MSM8260, so if the source is true then it’ll be pretty much the same. Otherwise, if they do use an updated CPU, then yes, what you said would be true.

SONY always give same design to their phones and then just little big upgrade “it” hardware. Just like iPhone did..LOL

Olther fake : it’s running GB : there’s a music app instead of a walkman app as in ICS. Launching this phone on Gingerbread would be a suicide mission. Also there’s Market instead of play store!

I think sony should offer hardware upgrade for xperia user with attrative price. That will be the big story. No other maker offer parts upgrade but just release new devices. Sony have a good design since sony ericsson. And its a bit waste if sony cant keep the devices for a long times just to catch up with the latest hardware n thec. Like xperia ray. Its have very fine artistic design but to bad it lack with the hardware spec. With no hardware n parts upgrade to offer. Xperia ray will be history. Maybe sony can do both release a better phone and parts support for old devices. Sony still can making profit from new user and the old timer user.

The LT30 will use the S4. Better to diversify and thereby giving you more choices.

Design wise i fucking hate LT30! It sucks! Under the hood it is frigging awesome on Sony’s part to now compete with the big wigs in the Mobile market!
