the front could ve been better looking, just quite plain. i expected a bit more styling from Sony. But lets see how it turns out!

Where is the soul Sony?, I expected much better design to be honest.

If this phone is indeed waterproof, then it could explain the ‘heat’ that the author complains of. This is typical of waterproof phones – the gaskets that keep the water out also keep the heat in.

I have an Acro S, and the power button is a little higher (also take note that the Yuga is a 5″ device), and if it were a bit lower, it’ll be much easier to press with just one hand. As it is on the Acro S, you’ll have to shift your entire hand a little to get the button. So, I find this a good change.

My question while reading this is when we’ll see phones like the Xperia Neo V, Xperia Ray and Xperia SX again. I own an Xperia Ray and it is, by far, the best Android smartphone I’ve ever owned. Even though I now own a Samung Galaxy Nexus (more custom ROMs than you can shake a stick at!), I miss the Xperia Ray’s ergonomic design, IPS LCD display, case materials, rear speaker, camera sensor. and battery size to screen size ratio. While the Xperia Ray had no flash, I only ever used it as a flashlight when I needed one.

It’s an accent from all around minimalism design IMHO

with the prices pretty low for the T – it retails for $50-70 less than the SGS3, for a device of similar class – that’s a pretty good deal. I own a T btw

I think he edited the left bottom of the xperia to make it look ugly. it looks like its jaggy

Design looks a bit understated, it will really go down to the materials in the end, if it will create a good impression or not. But I wish the camera were at least centrally positioned. Now it looks a bit inaccurately placed.

Hump? hump is also affected by the size of the sensor used.Just take and example nokia 808 with sensor size 1/1.2″ compared to Xperia arc 1/3.2″ which is a lot smaller and thus allow thinner profile. Some peeps have been asking good quality cam from 12-16 mp with 1/3″ sensor but at the end the output(image produced from small sensor) is just a waste or only comparable to standard 8mp on most phone.

It’s hot because of quad-core Qualcomm. Nexus 4 also has this problem. Everyone want to jump to A15 because of this. Too bad Sony has to wait until Q4 2013 to released that. Anyone still wondering Xperia Nexus?
