This morning we saw a whole host of leaked screenshots from an official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean firmware build for the Xperia Z (C6602/C6603). Well xda-developer guru DooMLoRD has now gone one better and just released the firmware for consumer handsets, well at least for those with unlocked bootloaders.
The leaked firmware corresponds with software build number 10.3.A.0.407. As with DooMLoRD’s previous leaks, this firmware has been adapted from developer handsets to work with production models. This ROM is not meant to be a daily driver, so don’t go expecting everything will work, however use it to give you an idea of what to expect with the forthcoming update.
