Despite the fact that Sony Ericsson promised the United States would be one of the first territories to get the Xperia PLAY, it still remains absent from US retail. However, judging by a leaked Verizon screenshot, it looks like the handset will finally launch on 26th May.
The image is believed to show an internal Verizon document dated 16 May that confirms the handset launch date as next Thursday 26 May. Hopefully, this means we will get some more details on US pricing very soon. Click through for the leaked image.
