The budget Sony Xperia tipo is now out in the United Kingdom. Carphone Warehouse is selling the handset for £119.95 sim-free or you can pick it up for £89.95 (plus £10 pop-up) on pay-as-you-go. O2 also has the handset available directly on PAYG for £99.99, along with Orange. However it is out of stock at the latter.
To coincide with the launch, the Sony Xperia tipo manual has also appeared. The download link [5MB] is below for the 123-page English manual, or you can find it in different languages here.
The PTCRB has also certified the firmware for both the ST21i and ST21a (North American) versions. The latest firmware certified is interestingly 11.0.A.0.30, which should be a version of Android 4.0.4. See some pics of the handset below, courtesy of ePrice.
