A number of screenshots purported to be from the Xperia Z Ultra (Togari) have leaked. The screenshots are believed to be from a prototype device and lists the display as 6.21-inches with 1080p resolution. This display size is likely to be for the screen estate minus the nav bar, therefore we still believe that the handset will launch with a 6.4-inch display.
The screenshots confirms the chipset as the Qualcomm MSM8974 (Snapdragon 800) with Adreno 330 graphics. The pictures also show that the handset is running Android 4.2.2 firmware in the form of software build number 14.1.B.1.215. Other specs show 16GB internal storage and 2GB RAM.
