Sony may soon be launching a new portable NFC-enabled Bluetooth Receiver, after product number BM-10 was spotted in FCC documents. The receiver has stereo RCA inputs and a micro USB port and measures a tiny 7 x 7 x 1.9 cm. We imagine the device is for people with existing hifi systems who want to add the ability to play music via an NFC-enabled smartphone. The confidentiality request expires on 6 September, so an IFA reveal looks like a real possibility. The device is expected to have a RRP of $69.95.
