How do you use your QX10/QX100 Lens-Style Camera?

There has never been anything like Sony’s Lens-Style cameras on the market before, the ability to pair a high quality lens with its integrated chip and battery with pretty much any Android or iOS smartphone is a compelling one. The idea is so out-of-the-box that we would have never guessed it was coming.

The great thing about the DSC-QX10 and DSC-QX100 lens cameras is that they can be used in a variety of ways i.e. either attached to the phone using a mount or remotely depending on the shot you are trying to take. They can also be used completely independently of a smartphone if you so desire. The video below from Sony Japan shows how these lens-style cameras can be used to help in a number of situations.
