Sony D6503 Sirius Walkman lock screen shown off

Walkman lock screenA few new screenshot images of Sony’s upcoming D6503 ‘Sirius’ smartphone have leaked courtesy of iRimas from XDA. They show the Walkman lock screen on the device, which is running Android 4.4.2 KitKat.

It doesn’t look like Sony is adopting the full-screen Album art that makes an appearance in KitKat, but it does offer a progress bar to skip through part of a track. This is a new addition versus the current lockscreen as seen in the Xperia Z1 below.

Another addition is the camera button at the bottom of the lock screen, we don’t know if this completely replaces the ‘swipe to camera’ on the current lock screen, but hopefully we’ll find out soon enough.
