The Xperia E1 dual is now on sale in India and recently we noticed that the Xperia E1 has also gone on sale in the region via retailer Flipkart for INR 9,990. Sony Mobile has certified some minor updates for both handsets with the Xperia E1 (D2004) getting build number 20.0.A.1.12 and the Xperia E1 dual (D2104, D2105) receiving build number 20.0.B.0.74.
Both of these look like minor updates over their last certified version, although we don’t know yet which firmware Sony is shipping with the handset. We expect to see availability of the Xperia E1 and the Xperia E1 dual widen into Europe and Asia by the end of the month.
