Sony Xperia Z1 Compact owners may be glad to hear that Cyanogenmod 11 (Android 4.4.2 KitKat) nightly builds are now available to download via the official site. Given the ‘nightly’ status, expect a few bugs here and there.
A couple of issues include lag on animations and slow start-up time of the camera. If you want to give CM11 a try then head over to the CyanogenMod website. As with every CyanogenMod ROM, you will need to have an unlocked bootloader for it to work.
