Most respectfully Sir, I request you that face detection and swipe lock of my smartphone Xperia Z(android 4.2.2) have not been working since, after 5 days from the date of purchasing on 26 July 2013. I am very disappointed to see this fault in my smartphone,in that, I am big fan of Sony quality, I was not expecting this fault too early. When I tap on both locks,face and swipe, the message is displayed, disabled from administrator encryption policy or credential storage, on both locks. My humble request to resolve my smartphone's locks on urgent basis. Please put into action my request. I am desperately awaiting of your remedy. niazi.mani9@gmail.com

hello all my xperia z lost its IMEI no therefor the phone can not read the simcard and make any kind of communication i need help to solve the problem thanks for advance
