  • nameofthewind

  • xperiasp

    Argh can’t wait! Hope it’s the 4.2.2 update. ;)

  • discoes

after the lumia 1020 announcement, it seems nothing else matters than a honami news/rumor or whatever information to temporarily feast on.

please give us the honami sooner. we can’t live a day no more knowing such a device like lumia 1020 exists. sony has to release something to beat that!!!

  • John Andrew Santiago

    Yeah, I can’t film on 1080p anymore :/

And when the phone is in Landscape orientation, it’s so LAGGY!

This blog doesnt post rumors or anything, they provide facts. And that is how every tech website is supposed to act instead of taking mews articles from another website and spreading pointless rumors just for getting more traffic to their website.

  • Guest

Oh ffs, the world doesn’t revolve around this phone, this website provides facts, not fiction or rumours. There isn’t going to be a daily update about this phone! It’s not possible. Now I’m not saying this isn’t a great phone, this could be the one to boost Sony to the top players but stfu, as an SP user this is great news to me. So if this bores you, then gtfo this website coz there’s going to be a lot of articles/posts that won’t be about the Honami. Why is there so many trolls on this website now? A year ago there was just the regular, smart, quiet people, who only made intelligent posts, even when complaining.

Need to know if the wifi weakness was addressed in the update or is it a hardware problem.

  • XS-BS!

Unfortunately not all can afford to buy Xperia Z or 2013 flagships like you my friend..i owned the XS for 1 n half years, was bought this phone around $600, and thats a lot to me. I was expecting more frm Sony to return a lil bit favor like (free bugs jelly bean firmware) only for 4.1.2 not whining for 4.2 coz i noticed the hardware limitation for this handset for 4.2 and up. Its sad! I knw what is marketing strategy in business. But this isn’t right if sony just throw face away on this flagship, and they’d expecting people like me to buy another flagship. Thats BS! oh well i will just wait then.. I’m loyal for sony brand.

  • XS-BS!

    How do you know that?

  • XS-BS!

Do you have problem with that? You owned this blog? You are not. So you’re the one who need to stfu. Go play with your fancy phone, IF you knw how to use it.

  • Mr Magician

OK. I’ll give you. Now put out your hand and close your eyes. Abra kadabra! Poof!! There’s your Honami.. Enjoy.. :D

    from Sony support forum

  • boosook

What I wanted to say is that the original message by polp was sarcastic… at least I hope. ;)

  • polp

so you’re still loyal? – then you deserve it (no update). I’ve got many Sony products and wanted to change my SonyEricsson phone to Sony. but half (that better half :/) of their phones missed my country and rest was late and overpriced. I’m happy I waited when S came out and you tested it for me :) ZR was “final nail in the coffin” (well, small memory and only VGA cam but I can live with it) – I’m waiting for Moto X. I hope Xperiablog will write about it like about HTC or Lumia because rumours sound very promising :)

  • polp

just expressed how things are ;)

  • glein

Is there a way to identify if my SP is a carrier variant?

  • jas

you’re not willing to upgrade to new flagship so they have to force you :D

  • XS-BS!

It only a matter of time, Hopefully.
You were satisfied and the others satisfied bcause the firmware is just fine or very less bugs. Am happy with XS the hardware and performance good enough. I would have downgraded back to Ics but that was silly thing, coz JB really rocks. (not in this firmware for sure) oh well i really dnt care now i will give ths phone to my son and get a honami later for me. Ha

  • XS-BS!

You won’t get any news about those phones here, this blog only posts around sony and xperia thing. This why it called *xperiablog :-)

  • XS-BS!

I know. But hes right. (even that shouldn’t have been said). Oh i don’t care sometimes i also did the same to others lol

  • polp

Really? http://www.xperiablog.net/2013/07/11/nokia-lumia-1020-announced-with-41mp-sensor-ois-can-honami-compete/ Can SP compete with Moto X? Absolutely no because it’s inferior in every aspect
