For any new Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY owners out there, we just wanted to flag that the decent DK300 multimedia dock is currently selling for a very reasonable price. Amazon UK has it for £10 delivered, whilst in the United States you can pick it up for $14.97 with free delivery from Verizon.
The dock is reasonably versatile – you can use it to charge your PLAY, connect it to your home speakers via a 3.5mm jack , use it as an alarm clock and check the weather. Don’t confuse this with the more expensive LiveDock (DK10) that has a Liveware manager enabling you to automatically open apps of your choice. The LiveDock is still retailing for around £30 in the UK.
