The Sony Xperia ion (LT28at) finally went on sale for AT&T in the United States yesterday. The handset will cost you $99.99 up front along with a two-year contract if you purchase the handset directly from AT&T. However, it will cost just $49.99 upfront if you purchase through Best Buy or Sony. If you want to purchase the handset outright it will cost you $449.
