in Firmware, Xperia Z and Xperia ZL

The FreeXperia developer team continue to bring the love to Xperia devices. They recently released FXP209 which adds CyanogenMod 10.1 (Android 4.2.1 Jelly Bean) support for the Sony Xperia Z and Xperia ZL.

The CM10.1 build first landed last week in an alpha state with FXP208, however the latest FXP209 release adds Wi-Fi and sensor support. Obviously it’s early days yet, so the camera is not working, but it’s great to see some solid progress being made already for this new handset. You can find more information at xda-developers.
