The Sony Xperia Tablet Z (SO-03E) is now available in Japan via NTT DoCoMo. This is the LTE version of the tablet with pricing around the 85,470 Yen (£602, €696, $906) mark. The Wi-Fi version of the Xperia Tablet Z will go on sale in Japan on 13 April. This version will not have an antenna and therefore won’t support 1-Seg TV or NOTTV.
