in Rumours, Xperia C

Sony Dogo conceptA new Sony Xperia phone codenamed C3 is expected to launch in China in the second half of the year according to ePrice. According to the site’s sources, the C3 will be a dual-SIM model with a 5-inch display and quad-core chipset. This would most likely take the form of a MediaTek SoC. It will come at a relatively low price point of 3,000 Yuan (£312, €372, $486) and there will also be a carrier customised version.

A picture accompanied the report, but we believe this is a concept and not representative of an upcoming model. ePrice says that the upcoming ‘Dogo’ will look very similar to the picture, sporting a strong resemblance to the Xperia Z. We’ll bring you more as we have it.
