Sony Mobile has released a new firmware update with build number 15.3.A.1.14 for the Xperia L. Users are reporting that the update is rolling out for C2104 and C2105 handsets. Sony itself just tweeted about the update citing “performance tweaks, camera improvements, homescreen UI refresh & more“.
However, we think that this changelog relates to the previous 15.3.A.1.12 build that was released at the end of December 2013. The new update rolling from today (15.3.A.1.14) is likely to bring only minor bug fixes, such as for those having problems with the proximity sensor and performance tweaks.
