The Sony Xperia Z1 Compact has unexpectedly gone on sale in the United States. All three colours of the handset (black, pink and white) are in stock via the Sony Store. Only the unlocked version is available, costing $549.99. The model on sale is the international D5503 model, supporting LTE bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 20. It was thought that Sony may not launch the Xperia Z1 Compact in the US, so it’s great to see it make an appearance.
