Sony Mobile launched the “Voice balloon photo” app in March 2014, but we have not seen a single update since then. However, Sony recently released the “balloon photo(beta)” to test new features before adding them to the Voice balloon photo application. We cannot immediately see what is new in these beta over the original app, which allowed users to display speech bubbles or balloons on photos.
