Sony Mobile has introduced new icon designs for ‘Small Apps’, which you may have noticed running on the Xperia Z5 series. Most of the Small Apps on your Xperia phone are baked into the firmware, so you will have to wait until Sony updates the firmware before you will see this new ‘material design’.
However, Sony did release three Small Apps to the Google Play Store and all three have just been updated to material design. These Small Apps include Currency Converter, Mirror and Unit Converter. If you want to get an idea of the new look then you can download the apps from the Play Store or the APK download links are below.
