Minecraft: Pocket Edition has been out for a while now on the Sony Ericsson Xperia PLAY as well as the wider Android eco-system. However, mobile Minecraft fans have been clamouring for the deeper experience that currently exists on the desktop.
Well Minecraft fans will be glad to hear that Survival Mode will indeed be heading to Pocket Edition, fully optimised for the Xperia PLAY. There’s no current ETA right now, but it’s good to hear that developers Mojang is working on it. See the confirmation from the video below at the recent Minecon convention.
