Sony has just confirmed that the Android 4.4.4 update for the older Xperia Z series has started to roll. The update first started to seed yesterday on the Xperia Tablet Z. However, earlier today we saw the update start on the Xperia Z (through SFR in France) .
Sony says that the update “brings fixes, battery, wifi & email improvements and more”. The update is arriving through firmware build number 10.5.1.A.0.283. If you’ve updated let us know how you are getting on.
